Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, USA, and with a degree in Architecture from a University in Mexico, she has over 15 years of professional experience in Consulting, Project Management and New Business. She has worked with many clients in many market sectors in Brazil and abroad. Cristina is married, has 2 children, and faced uterine cancer at the age of 23.

Master’s in Economic and Social Development with a focus on Health and Education from Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, Nira is a specialist in social project management. She has worked with health development issues in France (Médecins du Monde, Paris) and Angola (Africare, Luanda). She also has experience in evaluation and research of educational programs (The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab - JPAL, Paris), project management of volunteer programs (Atados, São Paulo), as well as in financial planning (Johnson & Johnson, São Paulo).

Arteterapeuta e Turismóloga formada pela Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), transitou pelos estudos das Linguagens e das Culturas como professora de Inglês, tradutora e corretora de monografias e textos acadêmicos, além de agente de Turismo e voluntária em projetos de educação e cultura desde a faculdade. Carioca, lidera a própria marca – Zella – Terapias e Alquimias® – onde oferece atendimentos focados em desenvolvimento e bem-estar através da criatividade e da auto-expressão. Ingressou em 2019 no Instituto Protea como voluntária e hoje todos os saberes se unem em sua atuação no Projeto Social e na Comunicação, onde coordena o time de Voluntários e cuida das atividades do Grupo de Apoio às pacientes beneficiadas pelo Instituto.

With a Law degree from Universidade Paulista, Camila has worked as an assistant at a law firm, executive secretary, and other positions. She has a history of a benign breast lump, and because of this experience, she believes that early diagnosis is critical and that all family and structural support is key in moments like these!

A statistician with a degree from ENCE-IBGE, an MBA from Coppead-UFRJ, and in Marketing from USP. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked as a Marketing Director for large companies in different sectors (media, retail, industry, and services) and was a communication volunteer at Protea Institute for 2 years, until she joined the Coordination team. She believes social work is a way to give back to the country the knowledge and education she was privileged to receive.

With a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica, Rio de Janeiro, she has an MBA in Corporate Finance, also from PUC-Rio. She started and developed her professional career at IBM Brazil. During her 29 years at IBM, she held many professional and management positions in the Company’s Finance and Operations organizations and at IBM Bank. In 2017, she started to work as a Consultant providing corporate training and advising professionals on professional image and career. In 2019, she joined Protea Institute as a volunteer, working in data mining and analysis, and is now the AI Project Coordinator.
