Pedal Pela Cura Protea

The Protea Cycling Challenge is held annually in October and draws 400 participants, both men and women.

The 2026 Pedal pela Cura is coming!
More than 500 cyclists and 24 cycling teams will ride together for one shared cause along Estrada dos Romeiros: reducing the time women wait for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, while increasing their chances of recovery.

The Official Pedal pela Cura Jersey is much more than a cycling jersey. Each one sold helps fund a medical consultation and mammogram for a woman who needs faster access to diagnosis.
