Nosso<br>segundo entrevistado \u00e9 o Dr S\u00e9rgio Simon, que chamou a nossa aten\u00e7\u00e3o para<br>dois vil\u00f5es da vida contempor\u00e2nea: a obesidade e o sedentarismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr S\u00e9rgio destaca que a corrida \u00e9 um excelente exerc\u00edcio de condicionamento<br>f\u00edsico, ativando o sistema cardiovascular, os m\u00fasculos e os ossos, com<br>benef\u00edcios gerais para a sa\u00fade global das pessoas. Dependendo da<br>intensidade, pode tamb\u00e9m ajudar no controle do peso e do metabolismo da<br>glicose, favorecendo o controle do diabetes e do colesterol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O m\u00e9dico alerta que a obesidade e o sedentarismo favorecem a recidiva de<br>alguns casos de c\u00e2ncer de mama, e isso pode ser melhorado com a<br>manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de uma massa corporal ideal. O tecido adiposo \u00e9 fonte de<br>produ\u00e7\u00e3o do horm\u00f4nio&nbsp;feminino estradiol, al\u00e9m de outras subst\u00e2ncias<br>inflamat\u00f3rias v\u00e1rias.
